Strategy and operations consulting: King Zollinger & Co. supports the development of strategies and programmes at institutional and country levels and advises on implementation arrangements. Our services include process planning and facilitation; workshop design and moderation (including virtual consultations); guidance on results-based management; English-language writing and graphic design; and editing/quality assurance.

Performance assessment for learning and accountability: We lead, conduct and quality assure/assess evaluations and reviews at institutional, programme and project levels. Our services include methodological development; data collection including surveys and interviews (face-to-face and video) and analysis; moderation of face-to-face workshops and video meetings; report writing and graphic design; and quality assurance and assessment.
