In December 2007, King Zollinger was asked to facilitate the annual planning process of the Right to Food Unit at FAO in Rome. FAO was looking for "a facilitator from outside the organization with extensive experience in planning processes, experience with strategy development, and well acquainted with the donor as well as the UN perspectives of development work".
