2012: King Zollinger supported Switzerland’s engagement in the UN General Assembly Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review.
King Zollinger supported the Swiss Government’s role as facilitator of the UN General Assembly resolution on the quadrennial comprehensive policy review of operational activities for development of the United Nations. The support included advice on content and drafting of the resolution as well as on the negotiation process. The resolution was adopted successfully in January 2013 (A/RES/67/226).
