Placing a particular emphasis on vulnerable groups and underdeveloped regions, the four-year Strategy, representing planned annual disbursements of around CHF 19 million, focuses on advancing democratic, efficient and effective governance; enhancing the competitiveness of the Serbian economy; and increasing energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy.
