2015: Urs Zollinger led UNIDO project evaluation.
The innovative public-private partnership between the Royal Government of Cambodia, KOICA, Samsung Electronics and UNIDO is focussing on creating job opportunities for youth and ensuring effective e-waste management in Cambodia. The purpose of the evaluation was to enable the partners to take informed decisions with respect to a possible second phase. As team leader, Urs Zollinger was overall responsible for the evaluation, including inception report, field mission, coordination with national evaluation consultant, data analysis and final report.
