2014: Urs Zollinger was one of three team members for this strategic evaluation.
The main purpose of this evaluation was to provide UNIDO with recommendations for the development of its next four-year Medium-term Programme Framework (MTPF), the most strategic planning instrument of UNIDO at corporate level. The evaluation assessed the performance of UNIDO in implementing the MTPF and achieving stated results. It also assessed the utility of the MTPF as a strategy, planning, implementation and reporting tool.
