2012: Urs Zollinger was asked by the UN Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) to conduct a content analysis of 50 evaluation reports from across the United Nations
This content analysis contributed to three OIOS programme evaluations of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). The methodology used to analyse the reports was classical content analysis, using categories and sub-categories developed in an iterative process. Some of the key categories: results achieved related to agency priorities, contribution to capacity building, contribution to human rights and gender equality, and lessons learned.
