2012: Alison King was contracted as team member to undertake a mid-term evaluation of UNEP’s Medium-Term Strategy
The evaluation focused on four key aspects of MTS implementation: i) the strategic relevance of the MTS; ii) progress made in achieving anticipated MTS outcomes and impacts as identified in each of the six MTS sub-programmes taking a Theory of Change approach; iii) business processes, systems and structures put in place to support MTS implementation; and iv) human resources and financial mechanisms associated with the delivery of the MTS.
