2012: King Zollinger was contracted by OIOS/IED to assess the quality of evaluation reports from across the UN Secretariat completed during 2010/2011 and to synthesise key evaluation findings.
The assessment against 27 quality standards covered 94 evaluation reports from 16 UN Secretariat departments and programmes with the intention to help improve the quality of evaluation reports emanating from the UN secretariat. Findings were included in the 13th biennial report of OIOS to the UN General Assembly on strengthening the role of evaluation and the application of evaluation findings on programme design and policy directives in the UN Secretariat (A/68/70).
