2014: Contracted by OIOS-IED, King Zollinger assessed the quality of evaluation reports from across the UN Secretariat completed during the 2012/2013 biennium.
Following similar assignments in 2010 and 2012, King Zollinger assessed the quality of 102 evaluation reports against 29 standards, synthesized evaluation findings and identified good evaluation practices as an input into the 14th biennial report of OIOS to the UN General Assembly on evaluation.
