2016: Contracted by OIOS-IED, King Zollinger assessed the quality of evaluation reports from across the UN Secretariat completed during the 2014-15 biennium.
Following similar assignments in 2010, 2012 and 2014, King Zollinger assessed the quality of 100 evaluation reports against 30 standards, extracted development results and identified good evaluation practices as an input into the biennial report 2014-15 of OIOS to the UN General Assembly on evaluation.
