2020/21: Urs Zollinger led UNIDO evaluation of the Global Quality and Standards Programme (GQSP)
The main purpose of the independent mid-term evaluation was to learn from the 3 years that the programme has been running, i.e., 1 December 2017 – November 2020. The evaluation assessed both the global knowledge tools and knowledge hub as well as activities at the country level. While the evaluation covered all 10 country projects, the more advanced country projects received greater attention in particular the country projects in South Africa, Colombia, Ghana and Indonesia. The programme is funded by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO of the Swiss Confederation.
