2015: Urs Zollinger led UNIDO thematic review
The purpose of this review was to provide UNIDO with a synthesised view on the Organizations performance in the area of enterprise development for job creation, in particular for women and youth. As team leader, Urs Zollinger had the overall responsibility for the review and the coordination with the other team member. As part of the assignment, he developed a theory of change of UNIDO’s engagement for more employment. In addition, the assessment of relevant project evaluation reports was recorded in a database for a qualitative and quantitative analysis.
